As you may surmise, our representatives encounter a good amount of clientele throughout the day... Through answering our phones, emails, and when we see your smiling faces here in the office. Is there a minimum age to ride a Memphis Party Buses vehicle?

No, all of our vehicles are open to passengers of all ages! Please remember that we cannot allow anybody under the age of 21 to have alcohol.

Can we smoke on the party bus or limousine?

Unfortunately, no. We need to keep our vehicles in pristine condition for all of our passengers. Making our vehicles non-smoking allows us to eliminate burn holes, ashes, and a smokey smell. In order to accommodate everybody, we include unlimited stops at no extra charge. You can stop for as many smoke breaks as you need.

Do we have to stay in Memphis?

No, we will take you anywhere you want to go. If you want to be picked up or dropped off outside of our local service area, there may be an extra fuel surcharge. Find out if you are in our local service area by clicking on the "Service Area" tab, or contact us today.

How can I pay for my party bus or limousine?

We accept cash, credit and debit cards, or checks. A deposit must be paid with a credit or debit card in order to reserve a vehicle.

Can we drink on the party bus or limousine?

Certainly! The only stipulation we have on this is that every guests needs to be 21 years of age or older. If that stipulation is met, then you can drink to your hearts' content with us!

Does your vehicles have restrooms on them?

Unfortunately, our vehicles do not include restrooms on them. However, you are more that welcome to tell your driver when you need a rest stop, and he or she will be more than happy to find a safe place for you to use the restroom.

Do you provide alcohol for myself and my guests to enjoy?

Unfortunately we do not provide alcohol for our clients to enjoy. The reason for this is simply to keep our costs down, which in turn, keeps us affordable for everyone to enjoy our services. However, if you and your guests are over the age of 21, then you are more than welcome to bring as much alcohol as you deem necessary!

Are there any hidden fees to worry about when renting your services?

Absolutely NOT! We dislike hidden fees as much as everyone else, and so we are happy to present any and all fees to you at the time of booking. We've even included most costs into our hourly rates, and really the only thing you'd have to worry about is a damage or cleaning fee. (IE: Someone breaks a TV, or someone throws up.) However, our customer service representatives will walk you through these fees, and when they would apply.
